Abstract

Employee voice berperan penting bagi organisasi dalam menciptakan keputusan yang efektif, baik organisasi swasta atau organisasi pemerintahan yang telah diatur regulasi kepegawaiannya oleh undang-undang. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh langsung dari servant leadership terhadap employee voice dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel mediasi yaitu self-efficacy, juga mengetahui kemampuan conflict resolution dalam memoderasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap employee voice pada ASN di Kemetrian Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 124 responden Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kementerian KKP-RI dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan motode sensus. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis path dengan software SPSS 23.0. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap employee voice secara langsung dan berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung melalui self-efficacy yang diperkuat dengan moderasi conflict resolution.
