THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE MOTIVATION AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT GARASI COFFE LAMONGAN

This aims of this research was to determine the influence of Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) affect employee performance at the Lamongan Coffee Garage. The research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees of the Coffee Lamongan Garage as many as 25 people. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method and the sample used was the entire population of 25 respondents. Data collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. The independent variables in this study are motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction. The Dependent Variable is Employee Performance. The data analysis tools used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Coefficient of Determination, Correlation Test, t Test, and F Test.
           Based on the results of the partial t test, it shows that the motivation variable (X1) has a t count value (3.640) greater than the t table value (0.68635) at a significant level of 0.05 (0.05/2 = 0.025), which means that the variable Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline Variable (X2), the t-count value (4.804) is greater than the t-table value (0.68635) at a significant level of 0.05 (0.05/2 = 0.025), which means that the work discipline variable also has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction variable obtained t value (2.498) is greater than the value of t table (0.68635), at a significant level of 0.05 (0.05/2 = 0.025), which means that the variable job satisfaction also has a significant effect on employee performance. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 0.592 + 0.273 + 0.430 + 0.181 shows that the motivation variable has a more dominant effect on employee performance. So that the motivation variable has a more dominant influence than the work discipline and job satisfaction variables.
