However, in developing the creative economy in the culinary tourism sector, there are still various problems with human resources, product innovation, lack of service ideas, limited suppliers, unattractive packaging design, limited marketing and use of technology. This research aims to determine internal and external environmental factors in the creative economic development strategy in the culinary tourism sector of Sampang City. The research results show that the development strategy requires intervention from the relevant government so that problems can be resolved, such as holding training, always innovating products, improving packaging design to make it more attractive, increasing suppliers and investing in more modern technology. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with informants from culinary business actors in Sampang City. With the existence of Electronic Word Of Mouth, it is easier for prospective buyers to determine their choice whether to buy the product or not depending on the content of the information whether it is positive or negative. In addition to Electronic Word Of Mouth, prospective buyers generally adjust their own personality to the personality of an item being purchased. This type of research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires via Google Formal. The population used in this study were Buttonscarves buyers at Sun Plaza and Delipark. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 175 respondents divided into 88 respondents at Sun Plaza and 87 respondents at Delipark. The results of this study are that Electronic Word Of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Buttonscarves products. (2) The influence of core competencies and leadership style on employee performance at PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District. (3) The influence of job satisfaction on employee performance which is strengthened by the work environment at PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District. The research method used is descriptive analysis using the Likert scale as a questionnaire measuring tool and the help of the War-PLS7.0 data processing application.</p> <p>The results of the study show (1) core competencies and leadership styles have a significant effect on performance and performance, (2) through job satisfaction, core competency styles do not have an effect on performance, (3) the work environment is unable to moderate satisfaction with performance. Based on this problem, the objectives of the study are: to understand the entrepreneurial characteristics of tilapia fish seed producers, to understand the level of entrepreneurial competence possessed by tilapia fish seed producers, to understand the level of entrepreneurial orientation of tilapia fish seed producers, and to understand the influence of characteristics, competence and entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial performance of tilapia fish seed producers in Ngemplak District. Data processing uses frequency distribution tabulation and arithmetic mean from the Likert scale and regression analysis. The study was conducted on fifty-one seed producers in the Mina Ngremboko Group and Siwar Putih. The results of the study prove: the entrepreneurial characteristics of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District are very high, the entrepreneurial competence of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District is high, the entrepreneurial orientation of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District is high, the characteristics, competence and entrepreneurial orientation significantly influence the entrepreneurship of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District. This study uses secondary data with data collection techniques using financial and annual reports of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 96 from 32 companies. Data testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that Green accounting has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Carbon emission disclosure has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Corporate environmental performance does not have a significant effect on financial performance. Corporate governance weakens the effect of green accounting on financial performance, Corporate governance strengthens the effect of carbon emission disclosure on financial performance. High unemployment rates in Indonesia are partly due to a lack of job opportunities for high school graduates and a low entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship education is crucial in shaping students' creativity, independence, and willingness to take risks in starting a business. Using a quantitative descriptive method, the study involved 100 students selected through random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using the product moment correlation. The findings reveal a significant correlation (r=0.613) between entrepreneurship education and students' entrepreneurial interest, suggesting that exposure to entrepreneurship education increases students' motivation and interest in entrepreneurship.
