Relevansi Praktik Quality Management System Pada Industri 4.0: Suatu Pendekatan Investasi

Sertifikasi quality management system (QMS)melalui International Organization For Standardization (ISO) Â 9001 telah dianggap sebagai salah satu cara terbaik dalam meningkatkan kinerja suatu perusahaan. Akan tetapi, kajian mengenai keefektifan implementasi sistem tersebut masih dipertanyakan di era Industri 4.0. Penelitian menganalisis dampak sertifikasi mutu tersebut ditinjau dari kinerja investasi yang diukur dengan harga saham dan kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan earning per share. Dengan menggunakan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang menghasilkan barang atau jasa kepada masyarakat umum dan telah bersertifikasi ISO antara 2000-2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kinerja keuangan dan peningkatan kinerja investasi sebelum dan sesudah sertifikasi ISO 9001. Sehingga, penerapan QMS masih relevan digunakan di era Industri 4.0 ditinjau dari peningkatan kinerja tersebut.References
