<p>Human resources (HR) is one of the factors that play an important role as a driver of the organization/company and is a key to the organization/company in carrying out its business activities. The pre-survey results show that the biggest problem lies in the team work and job satisfaction variables. This can be seen by comparing last year at PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk on team work with a percentage of 36% in 2023 decreased compared to the previous year.This study aims to determine the role of teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk by using descriptive qualitative research methods with the number of informants taken as many as 3 people. the results in this study are the Role of Teamwork on job satisfaction in employees of PT Arita Prima TBK. <p><em>Application Clinical Pathway in hospitals has been recognized as an effective strategy for improving the quality and efficiency of health services. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Clinical Pathway implementation at Dustira Hospital TNI AD Cimahi, especially in the context of BPJS Health claims and the factors that influence its success. This research uses qualitative methods. The sampling technique uses technique scluster random sampling where the selection of the TNI AD Dustira Hospital was chosen randomly. This data was collected by means of questionnaire surveys, interviews and document analysis. <p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p> <p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development on employee performance at the office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) of Sampang Regency. Human resource development is one of the important factors that can improve employee performance in an organization. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to BPPKAD employees. The population of this study is all employees at BPPKAD Sampang Regency, with a sample of 96 people. Data analysis uses a multiple linear regression test with an absolute difference test, and a hypothesis test is carried out with a t-test. The results of the study show that human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is research that tries to describe or describe the object under study based on the facts in the field. The data presented uses secondary data primary data through structured interviews, observation, and documentation related to this research, then the data analysis technique used in this research technique is qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategies implemented by Riseloka.com are advertising and direct marketing. Advertising uses the marketplace and through social media. While direct marketing is done using social media to individuals and companies/agencies. Of the two strategies carried out, advertising through social media (online) is more routinely carried out because it is considered more effective and efficient. <p><em>An employee, or a group of employees, is required to have high productivity when carrying out their work or completing tasks. Essentially, productivity doesn't just focus on generating a large amount of work but also considers the final product's quality. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, employee development, and organizational culture on the quality of work of employees of the Ministry of Religion of Solok City. This study uses a quantitative approach and primary data. This study utilized a sample of 43 employees from the Ministry of Religion in Solok City. This study employed the complete sampling method. The data analysis techniques employed in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear analyses, and coefficient of determination (R2). The study's results suggest that work discipline significantly influences the quality of work produced by employees at the Ministry of Religion in Solok City. Religion of Solok City. Organizational culture does not significantly influence the quality of work performed by employees of the Ministry of Religion in Solok City. Employee development and organizational culture have a significant effect on the quality of work of employees of the Ministry of Religion of Solok City. The R square of 22% reveals the coefficient of determination (R2), indicating a low degree of closeness between the dependent and independent variables. Given the importance of knowing the financial performance, Indonesian banking has made many regulations related to measuring bank health in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2011 concerning bank health. This study aims to determine and analyze bank health through the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital) in Private Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The data source used is secondary data in the form of financial reports for the period 2020-2023. The type of research in this journal is Qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the condition of the bank is very healthy because it has a very good management capacity in selecting customers who will receive credit loans, is very effective in utilizing its activities to obtain company profits and has very good capital adequacy. <p>This study aims to explore the relationship between pricing, service quality, and institutional image among students at Makassar Polytechnic LP3I. Utilizing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), this research analyzed data from 91 randomly selected students. The results indicate that both pricing and service quality have a significant impact on the institutional image. Clear and rational pricing strategies, as well as high-quality services, positively contribute to the institutional image, enhancing students' perception of the institution's reputation. This study emphasizes the importance of price transparency and quality service in shaping a positive institutional image and attracting prospective students. Furthermore, the study suggests the need for future research to explore the long-term effects of these factors on student satisfaction and loyalty. <p>This study aims to analyze the influence of education, training, and motivation on employee performance at the Rappocini District Office, by involving 89 employees as a sample. The uniqueness of this study lies in its deep focus on the specific context in the Rappocini District Office, so that the results can provide more relevant insights for management in the government sector. The results of the study show that partially, education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where employees with higher education tend to have better performance. Training also has a positive and significant effect, helping employees improve the skills and knowledge needed to carry out their duties. However, motivation shows a negative but significant influence on employee performance, indicating that excessive motivation can lead to pressures that reduce performance. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, demonstrating the importance of a holistic approach in employee development to improve overall performance. <p><em>Hospitals as healthcare providers have now shifted towards a profit-oriented approach. The wide variety of services offered by hospitals to patients makes patients more selective in choosing products from providers that meet their needs and expectations. In marketing strategy, there are many efforts, one of which is through physical evidence. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy based on physical evidence at Tk. IV Singaraja Hospital. This research uses a qualitative method. Research informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques, with the main informants consisting of the hospital director, head of the marketing unit, head of the outpatient unit, and head of the inpatient unit, as well as 10 patients for triangulation. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. <p><em>The study explores strategies for digital banking platforms in Indonesia, emphasizing scenario planning to address future challenges. Indonesia’s digital banking sector, propelled by technological growth and changing consumer preferences, faces critical challenges such as regulatory fluctuations, intense competition, cybersecurity risks, and low financial literacy. Using Allo Bank as a case study, this research employs PESTLE and SWOT analyses, along with scenario planning, to evaluate strategic responses to key uncertainties in regulation, consumer behavior, and technology. The findings reveal that scenario-based planning enhances adaptability in digital banking, enabling Allo Bank to proactively navigate market complexities and leverage opportunities. Key recommendations include investment in regulatory compliance, technology for secure digital operations, and continuous innovation to maintain competitiveness in a volatile regulatory environment.
