Conflict of Interest

JPIM (Jurnal Penelitian Ilmu Manajemen) is committed to maintaining transparency, objectivity, and integrity in scholarly publishing. All authors, editors, and reviewers are required to disclose any financial, personal, professional, or institutional relationships that could potentially influence the research, peer-review process, or editorial decisions.

Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest when submitting their manuscripts. Editors and reviewers must disclose any conflicts that could compromise their impartiality and withdraw from the evaluation process when necessary.

If no conflicts of interest exist, authors should include the following statement in their manuscripts:

"The authors declare that they have no conflicts of interest."

Any undisclosed conflicts of interest identified after publication will be addressed by the editorial board in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
