JPIM (Jurnal Penelitian Ilmu Manajemen) encourages constructive academic discussion and scholarly debate regarding published articles to promote transparency, scientific integrity, and continuous improvement in management research.

Readers, researchers, and authors may submit comments, questions, or concerns regarding published articles through the journal's official editorial contact channels.

All post-publication discussions will be evaluated by the editorial board to ensure academic relevance, professionalism, and adherence to publication ethics.

When necessary, JPIM may publish corrections, clarifications, expressions of concern, or retractions in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
